Beverly is a local Yateley, Hampshire girl who now lives in Sydney, Australia. Bev has been at the epitome of elite sport and fitness, representing 2 countries in 2 different sport and as an Australian TV Gladiator 'Blade" along with nearly 30 years as a personal trainer working and inspiring people to shine from within.

Bev will share her personal experience of fitness and exercise from hard core athlete into an exquisite way to exercise, that can support you to truly care for your body and deepen your relationship with yourself.
This will be an interactive and inspiring presentation that will include an introduction to True Movement. |
