Core Connection provides the opportunity for you to feel how lovely it is to move with harmony in the body, as you know you truly can. This program is for small groups and leads you from week to week with consistency to support you to connect deeper to your Core & Breath so you leave the sessions feeling strong within, taller in your posture with more freedom and harmony in your daily movements.
Bev tailors the sessions to suit everyone in the class by adapting movements to suit where everyone’s body is at, health concerns, injuries, energy levels, experience, awareness etc. Bev can offer gentle hands on guidance to support you to feel your true movements. Even in a class Bev has a wonderful ability to make everyone feel important, taken care & supported with such care & attention.
