There can be a growing pressure with new mums from magazines, social media etc to get your ‘post-baby’ body back. How many movie stars claim they get their figure ‘back’ within weeks of giving birth? How many share the ‘magic technique’ that you can do.
But each and every woman is different, there is ‘no one fix all’ and each woman needs to be supported during this delicate time.

Being a new mother is a huge transition in itself and then to add to that the pressure to have the perfect body almost immediately after giving birth. ‘Solutions’ currently being offered are exercise plans that are unrealistic, unsuitable and very unsupportive.
