Strength & Mobility Program Online
Beverly shares with a small group exquisite ways to strengthen and move the body that feels gorgeous and develops strength and flexibility. Bev brings her years of experience to share with you ways to to exercise your body in a safe, effective and true way. Each 30 minutes session involves strength training, flexibility and mobility while supporting a deeper connection and relationship with your body. Participants often leave the session feeling connected, strong and taller in their bodies.
Class numbers are limited to maintain quality with personal tuition.

Participation on Strength and Mobility Program
Not suitable for people with Osteoporosis or health concerns where weight bearing and spinal movements e.g. rotation/twisting must be avoided. See Osteo Strength and Awareness Program Audio recordings are being considered, live attendance is recommended. |
