This is my second time in this workshop. I love the simplicity of the movements on offer in these sessions and am looking forward to deepening my connection to this very sacred part of the body.

This is the second time I have done this workshop - the first time it was so beautiful to feel how simple it was to feel this connection to my pelvic floor - it felt so subtle and very profound - like an inner knowing of a truth in my body - and so gorgeous to reconnect to that as I write these words. When I can feel such connections I have no doubt about my sacredness - it is a knowing that has been re-awakened.

Hello everyone, my name is Peggy and I attend the workshop from Belgium. It's the first time and I really could feel how this can support me to become more aware and be in connection with my pelvic floor. I also feel a little bit nervous about it and that the word 'sacredness' is for me still a secret.

Welcome Peggy :) This is my first time in this workshop too. My name is Rebecca and I live in Goonellabah, NSW, Australia. Loving that we can connect like this online from all over the world. I am very much looking forward to this workshop because my private session with Bev, that I got to have when she was visiting from Sydney, was deeply profound.

Hi Everyone, that was a most beautiful session, connecting so many countries around the world, and feeling each one of us with such amazing stillness.
I found that I could feel my diaphragm easily but the pelvic floor muscles were much more subtle in their movement, so it's great to feel them without trying to squeeze or make anything tighter.
I have a hernia/prolapse in my rear vaginal wall - late at night when i shower I find there is a hard bulge sticking out in my vagina - particularly pronounced when I’ve been on my feet all day.
The doctor said they don’t operate unless it is uncomfortable so I put body cream on it and lie down and it goes back inside and in the morning everything is relaxed, but I have concerns about the long term developments.
I don’t know if it will fix itself but it has been a stark reminder not to walk about so hard or to lift heavy weights. And to pick up the chairs gently in the cafe at the end of the day. I finish work in a couple of weeks so that won't be an issue any more, but how I walk about generally in future needs to be with more awareness and tenderness.
The awareness exercises we did today are a beautiful way to develop conscious presence with our bodies, feeling how everything is working together, moving in harmony.
Thank you Beverly and everyone
with love
Carmel

Hi Ladies,
very beautiful sharing this morning with you. This mornings session has changed the most ordinary of things. After connecting so deeply with these inner core muscles and the subtlety and grace they move with, I went for a wee, wow what a different experience – to not think about something other than having a pee, but to have my pelvic floor muscles literally call me back to presence with them. Like, "now you know I'm here, I'll show you my world". The wonder of feeling this area within the group of muscles come into action and do its natural thing, was something to deeply appreciate about my body, and the wonder it lives. This detail it showed me and absoluteness we connected to, tells me so much about the nature of our entire body.

It was absolutely awesome to feel the amazing connection all around the world and the oneness of all we beautiful women coming together - what an amazing celebration. The space that you offered this morning Bev was profound and I could feel the naturalness with no prompt to push or pull us but to just be and to feel. This space has been waiting for us for so long and now at last when we come together we are able to claim back what is ours - our sacredness. And this is only the beginning............

Sue here from Somerset. Working with my pelvic floor in this way is so profoundly different from how I have been taught in the past - so subtle yet beautiful. I notice afterwards how much more vaginal mucous there is, similar to after doing Sacred Movement classes.

This has been a huge week for me with so much clearing in anticipation of the November courses. It feels like a great blessing to be developing my connection with my pelvic floor and the seat of our stillness. I can feel that my body has been calling out for this for so long - and that I am still only touching the tip of the iceberg. Thank you Bev for offering us all the space to expand our awareness and let go of old perceptions.

This week so far has been amazing when I consider my relationship with my pelvic floor, as I shared in the session after the exercise I felt no longer freaked out about this area of my body moving. For years when I was a 11 up until my periods stopped two years ago I would close this whole area down and lock up my hips every month. And becoming reacquainted with my body over these last two years my hips have started to open up but the sensation of my pelvic floor moving was reacted to very emotionally. But this week there has been none of that and my period returned for four of those days, I walked around work (as a waitress) with a feeling of spaciousness down there, as if my pelvic floor was free to move as it naturally does move I am more and more aware of when I lie down and do my home play. I feel so yummy and content when I have this awareness at work and anywhere in general and now I am building a greater awareness of when it is closed down compared to open and yummy.

The first days after the session I felt the the amazingness and the wonder of how my pelvic floor is supporting. It brings up my little connection with this area and there are pictures of how this should be and things like that. An other thing is that I notice that most of the time the muscles are stretched. For more than 20 years I have incontinentie without a physical reason. With this session I am wonder how this will be if I become more aware and more in connection with my pelvic floor.

I'm looking forward to the session tomorrow/today. This week I experienced a traumatic day at work where I was so conscious of the prolapse that my whole body tensed up, as if I was trying to hold everything in, it was a weird experience and totally pointless.
On days where I am doing simple activities at home I am more relaxed, and everything is fine, although tension is coming from other things, it seems I am determined to get anxious about something, it doesn't matter what. That does not support me in being tender, that anxiousness.

I am really looking forward to the next session, as the last session allowed me to reconnect to myself. My periods stopped early this year and so bringing deeper awareness to my pelvic area allowing me to connect deeper within.

A really tender supportive second session of connection with everyone and our bodies as one . The depth of beauty and support felt allowing vulnerability and honesty to be expressed and shared was amazing to be part of. The sessions with Beverly have allowed me to connect deeper with my body from this oneness and support and connect to my natural inner flow that I had lost touch with. It also allowed me to feel the depth of anxiousness I live with and my connection with my bladder and urethra being the most difficult to feel makes sense and my anxiousness has been coming up greater than ever to feel recently also over this program. It also brought up a pain across my chest and heart with a deep sadness of having left this behind and not lived this in my life and a knowing of a far deeper depth within so dismissed and also pain in my ovaries which started to throb. But there was also a real joy of reconnection and being with myself and everyone as one in the flow and body movements in harmony and the melting deliciousness of this. More of these sessions would be beautiful with everyone and the power of this is amazing for there is so much more to be with within :) A fathomless ocean of love way beyond our bodies xx

I have really enjoyed the group sessions with Bev. She brightens up my day with the gorgeous way she gently encourages us to feel our pelvic floor..There is no pressure or feeling we have to get it right. In this session the gentle movement of the pelvis with the breath was wonderful (dare I say exquisite) and I could feel my body in that area beginning to wake up. I am really beginning to understand with these simple exercises with Bev that less is definitely more and just how powerful these small movements are when fully connected to me

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience of the recent pelvic floor class.
In the first session I couldn't really feel a movement but this was fine, I found the picture of the pelvic floor muscles really helpful to visualise this area of my body and understand the purpose of it.
After the first class I had diarreah -this is very unusual for me as I am normally constipated. I also haven't had a period in 10 months, so I am doing a lot of holding on. In between the sessions I was so aware of my pelvic floor muscles through out the days, and what was really obvious was when I became aware I'd realise I was holding the muscles. It seems I'm always holding on! I only lay down to breath and connect once in-between the sessions and when I did I could feel the subtle movement naturally happening. At the second class I could still feel this and later that day I had more diarrhoea -which feels like letting go of that holding. At the moment the awareness of that area is still very strong, but always having to very consciously let go of the holding on. I'm a little concerned about the affects of the constant tightening but also amazed at the level of holding on (even though I've been constipated since I was a child). So, continuing that awareness and letting go and just observe what happens... Thank you all for a very powerful programme and Bev for sharing how incredibly amazing and beautiful it is to just feel something so simple.

I am enjoying connecting each day more deeply with the subtle rhythmic flow of my pelvic floor and as I do I connect more deeply with me as a woman.
