How is your body awareness?
- How is your breath in this moment?
- How are you shoulder blades sitting?
- Can you feel the movement of your bicep when you lift your water bottle?
- Have you felt the moment the muscles let go in a stretch?
- How do your feet feel as you walk?
- Are you ignoring foods and behaviours that don't suit your body?
- Do you feel confident walking on uneven surfaces?
